Lee Washington, a Connecticut-based street photographer, is dedicated to capturing the nuanced beauty and simplicity in human interactions, both with each other and the spaces they occupy. Their collection is a testament to their lively eye for detail and their ability to uncover the extraordinary within the ordinary. Lee's work was featured in the February 2021 Connecticut Magazine '40 Under 40' as well as the 2024 & 2025 Goldfarb Exhibition at the University of Hartford.
Currently pursuing their passion for photography at the University of Hartford, Lee will receive a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography. Their time at the university has not only honed their technical skills but has also deepened their understanding of the art form, allowing them to explore new perspectives and push creative boundaries. Lee continues to captivate audiences with their thought-provoking imagery, inviting viewers to pause, reflect, and find beauty in the seemingly mundane.
